BV 777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BV 777 platform accessible at bv777.click ("the Platform", "BV 777", "we", "us"). By accessing any part of the Platform — including browsing without an account, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you are using BV 777 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they are also bound by these Terms. BV 777 does not accept any use of the Platform by persons acting on behalf of others who have not accepted these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with BV 777. Where there is any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one BV 777 account. Creating a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different mobile number, or via another household member's device — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, BV 777 may merge them, close one or both accounts, void any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts, and retain any deposits in line with fraud prevention obligations.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BV 777 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any action taken under your account login will be treated as your own action. 2.4 Accurate Information

All financial transactions on BV 777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept or process any foreign currency. Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted.
• Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed instantly in normal circumstances.
• BV 777 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which BV 777 is not responsible.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your BV 777 account.
• BV 777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 4 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may be affected by payment provider processing times outside BV 777's control.
• BV 777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is for your protection and for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.
• Winnings from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are not eligible for withdrawal and may be voided.

BV 777 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms stated for each promotion at the time it is offered.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by BV 777 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms. A wagering requirement means that you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed clearly when the bonus is offered.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• BV 777 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus that was awarded in error or in circumstances that BV 777 reasonably believes constituted abuse of the promotional system.
• Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses. Players may choose which active bonus to use, but not both simultaneously.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — players registering their first BV 777 account. Previous account holders who register a new account to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of the One Account Policy.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins are valid for 30 days from the date they are credited to your account unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met within this period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account without replacement.

4.4 Refer-a-Friend Programme

BV 777's refer-a-friend programme awards a bonus when a player you refer successfully registers and meets the qualifying criteria stated in the programme terms. Referral bonuses are processed once the referred player's qualifying activity is confirmed. Bonuses arising from referrals of self or of fictitious persons will be voided and may result in account closure.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once BV 777's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed when a market is suspended or after an event has started (unless in-play markets are specifically offered) are void. BV 777 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events subject to integrity concerns.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

BV 777 makes every effort to display accurate odds, game paytables, and prize structures. In the event of an obvious error — such as odds priced at a level that does not reflect the actual event being offered — BV 777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to refund the stake to the player's account. "Palpable error" or "manifest error" decisions are made at BV 777's discretion and are final.

5.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting designed to exploit differences in BV 777 odds for guaranteed profit with no legitimate sporting interest.
• Collusion in poker, Teen Patti, or any multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Chip-dumping or any deliberate loss of funds to another player under your control.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or system failures to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal conditions.

Any account found engaging in prohibited practices will be suspended pending investigation. BV 777 may withhold payouts and share information with relevant industry bodies where fraud or collusion is suspected.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

BV 777 is not responsible for internet disconnections, mobile network drops, or device failures that occur during a gaming session. In casino games and poker, disconnection handling is described in the relevant game rules. In sports betting, bets placed and confirmed before a disconnection stand as valid regardless of subsequent connection issues.

6.1 Available Tools

Every BV 777 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time in your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set limits on how much you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive a reminder or be automatically logged out after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off: Take a break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request to be excluded from future marketing.

6.2 BV 777's Obligations

BV 777 will always honour responsible gaming requests without delay and without attempting to dissuade players from using these tools. If BV 777 identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, we reserve the right to proactively apply limits or contact the player. BV 777 will not market to players who are subject to a self-exclusion.

BV 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Account registration by a person under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, BV 777 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account after deducting amounts related to the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after wagering requirements on active bonuses are resolved.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your BV 777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, please ensure any pending bets are settled and any eligible balance is withdrawn. BV 777 will process the closure request within 24 hours of confirmation.

Game content — including slot game graphics, card game interfaces, and live casino streams — is licensed from third-party providers. Intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective providers. You acquire no ownership rights in any game by playing it on BV 777.

BV 777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BV 777 is not liable for:

2. BV 777 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@bv777.click marked "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original resolution.
4. BV 777's decision on formal complaints is final within the scope of these Terms.

12.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

These Terms and your use of BV 777 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BV 777 is licensed and operated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
